Cancellation & Refund Policy
· If Land Package (Hotel/Tour/Transfer) will be Cancelled Before 45 Days 30% Charge of Total Land Package Amount
· If Land Package (Hotel/Tour/Transfer) will be Cancelled Between 45-30 Days 45% charge of Total Land Package Amount
· If Land Package (Hotel/Tour/Transfer) will be Cancelled Between 30-15 Days 65% Charge of Land Package Amount
· If Land Package (Hotel/Tour/Transfer) will be Cancelled Between 15-10 Days 80% Charge of Land Package Amount
· If Land Package (Hotel/Tour/Transfer) will be Cancelled Between 10-0 Days 100% Charge of Land Package Amount
Note: If the entire tour is cancelled after ticket issuance, then there would be 100?ncellation for Airline Ticket and for land Package 75% cancellation Charged
Cancellation Policy:
- Customers can request the cancellation of their booking by contacting our customer service representatives through the provided channels (phone, email, or website).
- Cancellation requests must be made within the specified time frame, which varies depending on the type of service booked (e.g., flights, hotels, tours).
- Cancellation charges may apply, and these charges will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking and can also be found in our terms and conditions.

- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider (e.g., airline, hotel, tour operator).
- Refund eligibility is subject to the rules and regulations of the service provider, and AD Group of Travels will facilitate the refund process on behalf of the customer.
- The time frame for processing refunds may vary, and customers will be informed of the expected timeline at the time of cancellation.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the booking.
Non-Refundable Services:
- Some services may be marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. Customers are advised to carefully review the terms associated with such services before confirming their reservation.
- Non-refundable fees and charges will not be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
Modification Policy:
- Customers may be allowed to modify their bookings, subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the service provider.
- Modifications may be subject to additional fees, and customers will be informed of any associated costs during the modification process.
Force Majeure:
